Anonymise support tickets before sending them to an LLM

The problem

Your support tickets contain personal data. Sending them as-is to a third-party AI service is a data leak, and a GDPR issue.

The method

1. Start without training

Add this context to your model: it replaces every piece of personal data with a tag ([NOM_1], [TELEPHONE_1]…) before anything is sent.

   Context · anonymisation-rgpd

2. Check that nothing leaks

Run this evaluation on your chosen model: it checks that no personal data remains in the output.

   Evaluation · eval-anonymisation-rgpd

3. Train a small local model — If the evaluation score is too low

Use this 20-example dataset to specialise a small model that runs on your own machine, sending nothing outside.

   Dataset · anonymisation-rgpd-fr

4. Configure the training — With the dataset from the previous step

Ready-to-use QLoRA configuration for Mistral 7B.

   LoRA config · mistral7b-anonymisation-qlora

5. Process a whole folder — To automate

This agent sorts and anonymises every document in a folder; the MCP server gives it access to the files, and nothing else.

   Agent · agent-tri-documents

6. Give access to the files

Official MCP server, limited to the folders you allow.

   MCP server · mcp-filesystem
