What is it?
Memory lets an AI assistant remember information from one conversation to the next: preferences, decisions, project context. It can be a file read at each session, a vector store or conversation summaries.
When to use it
- Avoid explaining the same context in every conversation.
- Give an agent a history of a project's decisions.
- Share a memory setup that works well.

How to use it
“Use” tab: download the file and put it where your assistant reads it (for example MEMORY.md).
