What is it?
An AI use policy sets an organisation's internal rules: which tools are allowed, which data must never be sent to an AI, when human review is mandatory. The entries are templates to adapt.
When to use it
- Frame the use of ChatGPT and other assistants in a company or public body.
- Reduce risks around personal and confidential data.
- Prepare for AI Act and GDPR obligations.
